Submittals Steps

Managing and tracking Submittals can be tricky if you do not have the proper tools.  Twenty20 makes it easy to not only track, but to allow stakeholders to collaborate with built in workflows.

Step 1: Complete the Submittal form

Using the simple form, complete the Request for Information details.  Some items will be pulled automatically from the project and the default setup.

The different tabs make it easy to view the related RFI details.

Step 2: Send the Submittal request to the subcontractor for upload

Step 3: Subcontractor can upload submittal details

The subcontractor will receive an email requesting that they upload their submittal details.

Once uploaded and verified by the Project Manager, the submittal will be set for review to the design team that was specified on the submittal.

Step 4: Submittal is sent to the Review Team.

Step5: Review team reviews the submittal package

Once the review team receives the email to view the submittal package, they will access everythign through the project portal.

From the portal they can view all related attachments. While viewing attachments, they can add comments, annotate the files and even place a stamp of approval.

All comments and annotations are tracked with the attachment.

Step 6: Submittal is eventual approved.

Step 7: Submittals are tracked in the Submittal Log

The submittal log makes it easy to view, group, sort and search for submittals so that you can more effectively track and ensure that your submittal packages are completed on time
